Andrée Collective is actively searching for the following roles:

      How will you leverage your skill-set? Development - Correspond with donors to provide important updates and answer inquiries 
- Database management - Entering donations, updating records to ensure data integrity, pulling reports as requested 
- Assist in planning and execution of internal fundraising events 
- Assist with marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and other channels 
 Administration - Process billing for weddings and events 
- Process payroll 
- Input and categorize transactions in Quickbooks to ensure data integrity 
- Pull financial reporting in Quickbooks as requested 
- Assist wedding planners with contract review for weddings and events 
- Support CEO with calendar management 
- Onboard new employees, ensuring all pre-employment checks and documentation is complete 
- Manage inventory and ordering for merchandise, office supplies, print material, etc. 
- Other duties as assigned 
 Skills you will need to be successful? - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to prioritize effectively 
- Prior work experience in nonprofit development or administration strongly preferred 
- Proficiency with Quickbooks Online preferred 
- Prior experience using a CRM preferred 
 This role will be a part-time in person-position with an average of 15 hours per week. Flexible schedule and hybrid work days available.

      How will you leverage your skill-set? - Meet with prospective couples/clients to understand their event needs and recommend Andrée Collective’s services 
- Make recommendations on design, flowers, greenery, and hardware for each arrangement in accordance with the client’s budget and design preferences 
- Manage inventory by stocking flowers and floral supplies for events as needed 
- Create floral arrangements for various weddings and events 
- Work transparently alongside program participants to coach and advocate during all stages of the floral process 
- Other duties as assigned 
 Skills you will need to be successful? - Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Andrée Collective 
- High attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills 
- 1-3 years of floral design experience. 
- Excellent client service skills - the ability to work effectively with internal staff, clients, and third-party vendors 
- Strong task and people management skills 
- Willingness to learn and participate in a trauma-informed, participant centered environment 
 This role will be a part-time contract position. Compensation $20/hour

This role will be a volunteer (unpaid), part-time hybrid internship position, and at an average of 4-8 hours per week.
